BrandLoyalty - Redefining Relationships

BRANDLOYALTY RELOCATES TO NEW HEADQUARTERS IN DEN BOSCH!'s-Hertogenbosch - The Netherlands - 31 January 2014

Today, the doors of Koningsweg 101 are finally opening – to welcome BrandLoyalty, which has outgrown its previous headquarters on the edge of Den Bosch. Situated in a city-centre location, the refurbished building is set to become a growth engine for the company, and will in addition serve as a knowledge hub for the loyalty marketing industry.

Facilitating innovative thinking worldwide

The retail loyalty business is complex, and can change rapidly. To keep growing as a global organisation, BrandLoyalty intends to continuously develop the skills and knowledge of its staff and other stakeholders. That’s why the building has been renovated according to BrandLoyalty’s own specifications. It will be a place where not only employees (from BrandLoyalty’s 14 offices across the world) but also clients, partners, suppliers and others will be able to experience in real-time how consumer behaviour can be influenced across the globe. The latest data analysis possibilities, mobile technologies and digital developments will all be at home there too.

Until now, BrandLoyalty has had to rely on external locations to hold meetings and educational classes. An auditorium and other facilities will enable the company to house BrandLoyalty University, as well as to organise internal training sessions, external seminars, master classes and workshops, all within the new headquarters itself.

An inviting workplace that feels like home

The 34 months of intensive renovation works have resulted in a highly inspiring workplace. The aim of the new building is to give all the people who work there or visit it the feeling that BrandLoyalty is an open community where you are always welcome. It will be a place with a logical flow between personal and professional life. BrandLoyalty doesn’t think in conventional frameworks but instead believes that people perform best in a more natural, welcoming environment. For example, staff will get the opportunity to enjoy healthy food and drinks in the spacious canteen, use sports facilities (before, during or after working hours), and more. The new building therefore doesn’t feel like an office, but more like an extension of home.

BrandLoyalty’s efforts to create a great workplace for its employees have resulted in a loyal, knowledgeable workforce. This staff-centred philosophy has also made recruitment easy: the company has a natural ability to attract the brightest and the best.

We look forward in welcoming you to our new office.                                                           Koningsweg 101, 5211BH, Den Bosch
