On 2 and 3 November the 4th BrandLoyalty Days was held, this year around the theme of “Getting Personal”. Our partners worldwide were welcomed at BrandLoyalty's headquarters in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, to show the businesses’ culture and further strengthen relationships.
During these two days BrandLoyalty shared its knowledge and expertise by giving insights related to business development through the trinity of Data, Digital and Reward and company culture. The aim was to support our partners to better understand BrandLoyalty’s complex business in the retail landscape and to emphasize the importance of getting personal with customers, suppliers and consumers.
Speakers from BrandLoyalty, IceMobile and the world of retail provided guests with a wealth of information and ideas on strategic issues centering around loyalty, the importance of data to get personal, creating engagement with your consumers as well as providing examples on how to activate and engage consumers in a digital age. During the retail tour the Netherlands’ finest food retailers were visited: Albert Heijn and Jumbo. This gave partners key insights into different retail formats and how they differ in each country.
