BRANDLOYALTY LAUNCHES DIGITAL PROGRAMME IN THE US WITH LOWES FOODS's-Hertogenbosch - 28 November 2016

Across 75 Lowes Foods stores in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, shoppers now get rewarded for their loyalty, with the opportunity to collect for high value rewards from vivo |Villeroy & Boch. For every $10 spent at Lowes Foods stores, customers will receive one stamp (traditional or virtual) at checkout, the programme runs until February 26, 2017. 

Launching the first digital programme in the US, BrandLoyalty has worked in close collaboration with IceMobile and Lowes Foods to ensure the correct mechanics have been set up to make the programme a success.

Linked with Lowes Food loyalty card, shoppers will have the choice between paper and digital stamps. With bonus stamp offers, and an extensive marketing plan, Lowes guests will be able to experience a truly remarkable programme.


Collect together
The digital experience IceMobile provides makes it possible to link cards together to make it easier for friends and family to collect together and save up for great rewards. Shoppers can connect their card number with a friends’ card and they will see the combined stamps balance in their app and/or website after every transaction.

Digital and physical stamps collection
When a shopper shows his Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards loyalty card, the cash register will know if they are a physical or digital stamps collector; either giving the shopper physical stamps or updating the stamp balance real time in the app and/or website. Easier for the cashier and easier for the shopper.
