AUCHAN TURNS BLUE TO WELCOME THE SMURFS IN CHINA!Shanghai, China - martedì 18 luglio 2017

Leading Chinese retailer Auchan, has turned 75 of its stores blue to celebrate the launch of an instant loyalty programme with BrandLoyalty. The promotion gives shoppers the opportunity to collect for Smurf figurines and a completer album, when they shop in store.

The promotion, which was launched on 10th July, was part of the 18th anniversary celebrations of Auchan and saw huge promotional events take place including games and the opportunity to become a Smurf and take a selfie.

To make the promotion truly interactive, a Smurf Berries Game was also created where players are challenged to collect as many berries falling from the tree as possible.

With every RMB50 spent in store (approx. 6.50) a Smurfs figurine could be redeemed for RMB12 (approx. 1.50). There are 8 different figurines to collect and an album to complete the collection. The programme runs for 8 weeks, and will end on 3 September 2017.
