BrandLoyalty - Redefining Relationships

THREE DAYS, TWO LOCATIONS, ONE CONGRESSParis & Bologna - lunedì 26 marzo 2018

Two weeks ago BrandLoyalty took its clients and suppliers on The Journey to Happiness, for the 7th edition of the Retail Loyalty Congress. Visiting two inspiring locations over 4 days, guests were inspired by the worlds of food and entertainment and took a deper look into being more consumer-driven. 

Starting in the 'happiest place on earth' Disneyland Paris, clients were inspired by speakers such as Futurist Magnus Lindkvist, Expert on word of mouth Jonah Berger, President of the Walt Disney Company EMEA Rebecca Campbell, Pixar Animator Matthew Luhn and Speed Painter Eric Wahl. Throughout the first two days at Disneyland Paris, guests were entertained by Disney magic and wonder. 

The second part of the journey took guests to the capital of food,  Bologna, where the Retail Loyalty Congress visited Eataly World – the World’s first food theme park. Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly World welcomed guests personally, before taking them on a tour of the 100,000 sqm park.

The event was rounded off with a speech from Whole Foods Founder John Mackey, and Jamie Oliver himself welcome guests and encouraged them to celebrate the end of The Journey to Happiness.
