This year Brandloyalty welcomed visitors of the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) on their stand while asking them one question: Who do you want to be for your shopper?
CGF 2018 was taking place in the Marina Bay Sands hotel, Singapore, with this years focus on "consumer centricity in a data-driven world."
BrandLoyalty performed their global research in 25 different countries, and interviewed over 10.000 consumers with questions on how retailers could better connect to their shoppers by responding on what matters most to consumers.
As a result of this research Brandloyalty created different challenges for retailers to let them think about questions like “who do you want to be for your shopper?” and “how do they want to engage shoppers of tomorrow?”
Our programmes have been translated to unboxing solutions, providing insights from consumer perspective, and connected to current retailer themes to combine into a concept that offers the solution to this challenge; while being valuable for shoppers as well as our clients.
