An important support tool to put our vision on Learning & Development into practice is our BrandLoyalty University, established in 2011. An important mission of the BLU is to accelerate the learning curve of each new employee, meaning learn more in less time. The second important mission of our BLU is to increase the number of top professionals to lead the way for our company to be the most knowledgeable loyalty company. In addition to this, the long term mission of the BrandLoyalty University is to welcome both BrandLoyalty employees and external stakeholders for a cutting edge learning and development experience in the field of loyalty marketing.
Today we have three BrandLoyalty University faculties, offering our employees a variety of learning & development programmes like the BrandLoyalty Introduction Programme. Our Business Managers direct the content of these faculties and in many cases BrandLoyalty experts are the trainers. From 2014 our global BrandLoyalty University is located in our new building at Kingsroad, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
